about informed risk so long as the consequences
affect only the risk-taker. Here, we support
Medicare through our tax dollars. Ergo, preventable injuries end up costing me money.
I am old enough to have ridden pre-helmet
legislation, and abhor the things to this day. I
only wear one to satisfy Big Brother's system.
